So, we had a friends over for Chinese New Year. Below are some of the pictures that Jaleen took of the evening. It was a lot of fun for us (us being Garth and I AND the kids) to have friends over. Garth made Kung Pao Chicken & egg rolls, I made sweet & sour chicken and cheesecake tarts (our non-Chinese food) and I bought the fortune cookies and goodies plus decorations, Martha made white rice, fried rice, pepper steak, wontons, & plum sauce (All very yummy), and Kerity brought the potstickers which were a huge hit as well! There were a total of 9 adults and 15 kids! We had a full house and a great time!
Garth is loading his plate, Kerity is cooking the potstickers, Jeff is seeing if we need anything, I am sure, and I must be throwing something away! :-)

Looks like you guys had a blast! We attended two parties one with Utah FCC and one with a smaller group Utah Valley FCC. We were supposed to go to friends house tonight, but they called with croop. So, we're having the party at our house instead! ;o)
